Introducing the AI readiness assessment
Most teams we talk to are already using AI somewhere — and almost none of them can say whether it is actually working. The AI readiness assessment is our answer to that: fifteen questions about how your organisation works today, designed to surface where AI would genuinely help and where it would just add noise.
There is no automated scoring and no score badge at the end. A member of the Lumacode team reads your answers personally and comes back with specific, written recommendations — what to automate first, what to leave alone, and what a realistic first project would look like.
What the assessment covers
- —How work currently flows through your team — and where it stalls
- —Which tasks are repeated often enough to be worth automating
- —What data and systems you already have in place
- —How ready your team is to adopt new tooling
- —Where the highest-leverage first project would be
Fifteen questions, four minutes, one person on our side reading every answer.
What happens after
Within a few working days you receive a written summary from a Lumacode team member: the three opportunities we would start with, in order, with an honest view on effort and payback. No sales call is required to get it — and your answers stay confidential.
If the recommendations make sense, the natural next step is the 60-minute AI clarity session. If they don't, you keep the summary either way.
Fifteen questions. Four minutes. A person reads every answer.
