CONTEXT
A TV and media operation running several parallel workflows at once: news, a Substack publication, and ad management across marketing and TV.
Each workflow had its own manual process, its own pile of work, and its own failure points.
WHAT WAS BREAKING
The marketing team and the TV side were each carrying their own manual load. Nothing was connected.
Operating this way meant the work scaled with headcount — and it was approaching its limit.
WHAT WE BUILT
One automated system covering news, the entire Substack and ad management for the marketing team and TV.
Three previously separate workflows were consolidated into a single operating layer.
WHAT CHANGED
One system instead of a pile of manual work, serving two teams at once.
In the client's words: they just would not be operating like this without it.
"He automated our news, our whole Substack, and ad management for the marketing team and TV. One system instead of a pile of manual work. We just would not be operating like this without him."VM LATINO
